At Bellobags, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If your return request is approved, we will replace the item with the same product (subject to stock availability).
If the same product is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:
- A replacement is not available.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled after payment (if applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting.
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not returned in their original condition.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), Bellobags will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
