Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.
6. Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Bellobags reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any exchange or refund.
