Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Launch Offer: Free Delivery across Pakistan for a limited time.
- Any future shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where available) so you can track your shipment.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, our courier partner may attempt delivery again or return the package to us.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
